The spacious guest rooms at Brewster House are
decorated in rich fabrics,
antiques and luxurious linens.
Our beds are comfortable and
cozy with plenty of pillows.
Each room has its own
large "en-suite" or "in-room" private bath
and individual heat/air-conditioning
controls to insure your comfort.
Room One (on our ground floor) has a low-sill shower.
All other rooms have a tub and shower combination.
We have complimentary wireless high-speed internet access (WiFi) throughout the house!

Rates include a delicious, full, hot breakfast each morning and are for single or double occupancy.
Rates for Rooms One through Five are based on occupancy by up to two people. Rooms Six and Seven are two-bedroom suites and accommodate up to four people, or can be rented as a King room using only the larger room of the suite (rates depend on occupancy and configuration).
Rooms Five, Six and Seven can accommodate a third person (on a rollaway bed) for an additional charge of $30 per night.
Room One can be configured with two twin beds (the normal configuration) or as a very comfortable King bed room (at king room rates).
A credit card is required to reserve a room. Full payment is due upon arrival. Seven days advance notice is required for cancellation. If a cancellation is made less than seven days before the arrival date, and the room cannot be re-rented, a charge of one night's lodging will be incurred.
Rates do not include 7% Maine sales tax. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
Please plan to check in between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. Check out is prior to 11:00 a.m. If you need to make special arrangements to check in or out at other times, please let us know.
We are not able to accommodate pets. For the comfort of all our guests, Brewster House does not permit smoking inside, or outside near open windows.
